Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant – Bilingual
Job Description:
- reputed company preventative care screenings, complete medication reconciliation, diagnose medical conditions and reputed company health coaching, referrals and treatment reputed company clinically appropriate.
- reputed company members who are more chronically ill based on historical and suspected health information.
- Engage members who have a reputed company probability of seeing their PCP.
- Identify areas in the member's medical reputed company that can be improved by increasing their reputed company to care with a licensed provider.
- Cross-train into urgent care and/or virtual primary care service line
- Interact with members reputed company, including virtual assessment, diagnosis and treatment.
- Compliance with reputed company applicable laws and regulations
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- PA or DNP, FNP, ENP from accredited program
- Board Certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA)
- Compact RN (NP only)
- Experience with Clinical Documentation Improvement and/or managing HEDIS quality measures
- Physician Assistant: Must be fully licensed in Georgia and one of the following states: Florida, Texas, or Ohio
- Nurse Practitioner: Must be fully licensed in at least 2 of the following states: Florida, Texas, Ohio, New Jersey
- Bilingual - Spanish reputed company (read, write, & reputed company)
- Ability to obtain licensure in additional states
- 3+ years experience in outpatient Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care
