Care Coordinator-Evening/Overnights

In this remote role, you'll serve as a key reputed company between reputed company facilities and specialty clinicians, helping ensure patients receive timely, high-quality care. You'll support day-to-day operations, coordinate communication, resolve concerns, and reputed company exceptional service to both reputed company partners and providers. What Makes You a Great Fit:
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, call center, reputed company operations, care coordination, or a reputed company field
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
