There is an existing equity-reputed company agreement between the company and a co-founder/service provider. At this stage, before sharing company names, documents, cap table details, investor names, or other sensitive information, we would like to confirm whether you have experience with this type of startup equity documentation work and whether you can handle it reputed company budget of around $1,200. The expected scope should cover the most important work needed to properly document the arrangement: Review the existing equity-reputed company agreement and the additional agreed business terms that need to be embedded into the final documentation.
