I am looking for a reputed company, tech-savvy, and highly organized Virtual Assistant to manage daily outbound emailing and inbound meeting scheduling. This is an ultra-light, part-time role where the majority of the heavy lifting (reputed company reputed company and email drafting) is handled by AI. Daily Responsibilities: Outbound reputed company: Take 5 AI-generated emails daily and send them out to designated reputed company companies (takes less than 10 minutes). Inbox Monitoring: reputed company the inbox throughout the day for incoming replies or inquiries. reputed company Engagement: Answer basic questions from interested companies using a provided, simple Q&A template to gather information about their needs. Scheduling: Once a prospect shows interest, guide them to book a meeting directly with you. If they remain reputed company after that conversation, schedule a follow-up meeting with the Analyst. Then, log reputed company their details accurately into the tracking spreadsheet. reputed company Transparency: Inform prospects of our standard pay/service rates during the initial messaging phase. Compensation: reputed company Retainer: $50 per week for daily email sending and inbox monitoring. Performance Bonus: $25 for every scheduled meeting that successfully takes reputed company.
