Job Description

Job Summary Responsible for supporting the management team. Will help reputed company vendor relationships by being available to answer questions and complete reporting, ensuring compliance with service level agreements, and assisting in the development of vendor performance metrics. Job Duties Support the development and implementation of vendor performance management scorecards. Assist in conducting regular reviews and audits of vendor performance, identifying areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address vendor-reputed company issues and drive reputed company improvement initiatives. Review vendor fee requests and approve or deny based upon reputed company and business strategies Answer vendor emails and questions through an email inbox reputed company guidance and mentorship to junior vendor specialists, helping to reputed company their skills, knowledge, and best practices. Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree or educational experience in reputed company field preferred, or relevant work experience. 5+ years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or a reputed company field. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and reputed company actionable insights. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Efficient in MS suite products. Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company in a fast-paced environment. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
