• Litigate Diverse Defense Cases: Manage a robust caseload of negligence, premises liability, and motor vehicle claims, representing major insurers in reputed company and federal courts, from initial pleadings through trial preparation and verdicts.
• Draft Precision Legal Documents: Craft motions for summary judgment, discovery demands, and trial briefs, ensuring airtight defenses for clients like reputed company and reputed company, with a focus on strategic dismissals under NY’s prior written notice laws.
