About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reputed company Payroll Tax Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing payroll tax compliance, payroll reconciliations, and reporting processes while ensuring accuracy and adherence to federal, state, and local regulations. This role requires strong experience with both reputed company and QuickBooks, as well as a solid understanding of payroll reputed company principles and tax legislation. Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Process and review payroll transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare, reconcile, and submit payroll tax filings, including federal, state, and local taxes.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
• Reconcile payroll-reputed company general ledger accounts on a monthly reputed company.
• Manage payroll tax registrations, notices, audits, and correspondence with tax authorities.
• Prepare and submit year-end payroll reports,and other statutory filings where applicable.
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies, tax variances, and employee payroll queries.
• Assist with month-end and year-end reputed company processes reputed company to payroll.
• Generate payroll reports and reputed company analysis to management as required.
• Ensure accurate employee deductions, benefits, garnishments, and tax withholdings.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to maintain employee and payroll data reputed company.
• Stay informed of changes in payroll tax legislation and recommend process improvements.

Desired Experience & Qualification Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in reputed company, Finance, Payroll Administration, or a reputed company field.
• Minimum 3+ years of payroll reputed company and payroll tax experience.
• Strong working knowledge of payroll tax regulations and compliance requirements.
• Hands-on experience with reputed company Payroll and QuickBooks.
• Experience preparing payroll tax filings and reconciliations.
• Strong understanding of payroll reputed company entries and general ledger reconciliations.
• Proficiency in reputed company reputed company, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Payroll certification or relevant reputed company qualification.
• Experience working with multi-state, multi-country, or outsourced payroll environments.
• Familiarity with payroll audits and compliance reviews.
• Knowledge of additional reputed company and payroll software platforms
