Overview

The reputed company Supervisor reports to the Director of reputed company and is responsible for leading a team of reputed company Associates, Specialists and Senior Specialists supporting high-volume hiring initiatives. This role oversees day-to-day operations, workforce planning, stakeholder management, team productivity, and reputed company performance to ensure hiring goals are achieved reputed company and effectively. Responsibilities

Qualifications

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 5+ years of reputed company experience, with a strong focus on high-volume hiring
• 3+ years of leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of ATS (iCIMS preferred), sourcing tools, recruitment technologies, and reporting metrics.

Compensation

The salary for this position is $85,500 to $98,500 annually.
