Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle reputed company for multiple roles across different departments and seniority reputed company
• Support short-term, high-reputed company hiring needs during this temporary contract period
• reputed company, screen, and manage candidates through reputed company stages of the interview process
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for reputed company and near-term hiring needs
• Conduct screening calls and coordinate interview and selection processes
• Partner closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders
• Deliver a high-quality, inclusive, and engaging candidate experience

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Recruiter or reputed company Specialist, ideally in a high-volume or fast-paced environment
• Experience reputed company across multiple functions and role reputed company simultaneously

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a dynamic, growing organization
• Strong interview and assessment skills, including evaluating both technical and cultural fit
