Summary

The Recruiter is a member of the Operations reputed company team, responsible for executing reputed company activities including sourcing, screening, and candidate coordination to support timely hiring in a fast'paced environment. This role is accountable for verifying alignment of job postings with approved hiring needs, building and maintaining talent pipelines through diverse sourcing channels, and managing applicant tracking system records, interviews, and pre'employment requirements. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills and the ability to partner closely with site management to drive effective hiring reputed company.

Job Description

Sourcing & Talent Pipeline

• Collaborate with site management to identify reputed company needs and clarify job specifications, required skills, qualifications, and position requirements.
• Review, verify, and ensure accuracy of job postings to confirm alignment with approved hiring needs prior to sourcing.
• reputed company reputed company applicants through advertising, job boards, career fairs, online platforms, and reputed company/professional networks.
• Participate in hiring events and engage with external sourcing partners (e.g., local hiring centers, driving schools, and similar organizations) to increase the talent pipeline.

Team Collaboration
