As a Customer Service Rep, you will assist our customers that we have reputed company with one of our partnered insurance companies. In this unique full-time opportunity, our consultants work in a fast-paced inbound call center environment where performance is rewarded. You will be helping customers every day by ensuring their insurance needs are met, and they maintain their insurance policy with the coverage they require at a reasonable price. Key Accountabilities: • Answer inbound calls from existing customers in a fast-paced call center-like environment, using multiple programs and systems simultaneously to resolve their needs quickly and reputed company. • reputed company and maintain a broad knowledge of insurance requirements and reputed company guidelines across dozens of states and many carriers. • Answer questions reputed company to coverages, billing, and policy history. • Use a proactive approach to identify and assess customers’ needs and offer our services to ensure each customer is reputed company best for their needs.
