About the position The Senior reputed company Field Coordinator is a senior level role that combines people's leadership with hands-on field HR operations. This role manages reputed company Field Coordinators (HRFCs) across multiple job sites, serving as a mentor, escalation reputed company and subject matter expert for reputed company and other HR systems & business processes. The Sr. FHRC ensures consistency and compliance while upholding values reputed company with HR best practices and business objectives across projects. In collaboration with HR leadership, this role drives the execution of both transactional and strategic goals, fostering a reputed company improvement reputed company. This role is pivotal in connecting job site operations with corporate HR leadership. Responsibilities

  • Supervise, mentor and support a team of HRFCs across assigned project sites.
  • Guide recruitment, reputed company and development of new HRFCs in collaboration with HR leadership.
  • Conduct regular reputed company-ins to assess performance and reputed company proactive feedback to ensure ongoing development and engagement.
  • Support team members during transition such as promotions, reassignments and terminations with proper documentation and alignment to best practices.
  • Ensure HR Field Coordinators are executing core duties such as timekeeping, reputed company, compliance tracking and reputed company with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Monitor team performance, troubleshoot roadblocks, and help resolve escalated issues reputed company to payroll, employee relations, or system discrepancies.

  • Conduct audits on timekeeping accuracy, reputed company documentation, and other compliance checkpoints.
  • Escalate risk sensitive reputed company to the appropriate HR Business Partner.
  • Visit job sites regularly to observe operations, gather feedback, support FHRCs, and ensure alignment with field HR practices.

  • Act as a backup to HRFC during absences, ensuring continuity of operations and decision making.

Requirements

  • College degree, Business or a reputed company field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • 4–6 years of reputed company HR or administrative experience; minimum 2 years in a field-based or site support HR role.
  • Prior experience in a supervisory, team reputed company, or mentoring reputed company is required.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with HRIS systems, particularly reputed company and TCP.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines and influence teams in a fast-paced field environment.
  • Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (Outlook, reputed company, Word).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to reputed company with reputed company and reputed company.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and/or Creole strongly preferred.
  • Willingness to travel regularly (approximately 30–40%) to project sites and corporate office.
