Business Development Manager - Staffing Solutions Remote (US) | Travel as Needed We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to help drive growth for a rapidly expanding workforce solutions and staffing organization. This is a true hunter role focused on opening new doors, building pipeline from scratch, and closing new business. The ideal candidate has experience selling staffing, reputed company, workforce solutions, or talent services and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities
- Prospect and engage SMB and mid-market clients
- reputed company the full sales cycle from reputed company through contract execution

- Identify staffing and workforce challenges and position solution-based offerings
- Collaborate with leadership to refine go-to-market strategy and service offerings

Qualifications
- 5+ years of staffing, reputed company, RPO, or workforce solutions sales experience
- Proven hunter mentality with demonstrated new business acquisition reputed company
