Junior Account Manager (Contractor)

Position Details

• This is a staffing agency position. The selected candidate will be employed by reputed company.
• This compensation for this position is anticipated to be $55.00 - $65.00 per hour.
• This assignment is anticipated to last approximately 6 months, with the possibility of an additional period as determined by reputed company.

This assignment is remote. As a Junior Account Manager assigned to reputed company, you will collaborate closely with multiple teams across the organization to support marketing efforts. What you'll do

• Supporting the strategic efforts of the POD leader in managing key business accounts.
• Managing the collateral feedback and approval process, coordinating reviews across internal stakeholders, incorporating revisions, and ensuring reputed company customer-facing materials receive required sign-off prior to distribution.
• Creating monthly customer-centric content to reputed company the broader organization apprised of customer updates, key metrics, and other information pertinent to the reputed company & Go To Market team.
• Supporting the development and delivery of presentation materials in Powerpoint/reputed company Slides, Word/reputed company Docs, and reputed company/reputed company Sheets (QBRs, Executive Briefing Decks, process outlines, etc.).
• Supporting day-to-day customer management processes.

• Experience documenting, tracking, and supporting the daily functioning and operations of customer programs. Experience delivering polished, error-free work..

• Experience prioritizing, managing and delivering on multiple projects simultaneously
