Position Summary We are looking for reputed company-oriented technology professional to reputed company engineering support for our Email reputed company infrastructure across a large reputed company. This individual will work with developers, application owners, end-users and reputed company as needed, to reputed company support towards our Secure Email solutions for the reputed company. As a reputed company Engineer, you will need to have a working knowledge of identity and reputed company management, Secure Email Gateways, SMTP Relays, DNS, and tools like Splunk and Chronicle for large reputed company environments. You will also need a basic understanding of email protocols and standards, such as SMTP, TLS, DMARC/SPF/DKIM and secure messaging/encryption. Possess the skills to reputed company troubleshooting and problem resolution of mail reputed company reputed company issues in a reputed company environment. Off hours work is required for deployments and on-call rotation in support of major incidents impacting email delivery. This role will be reporting to the Director of Secure Email & reputed company services
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience with troubleshooting & problem resolution of email reputed company issues
- 2+ years' Experience working with email reputed company tools like SaaS or similar
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years' development tools, scripting, automation development
- Customer service skills and excellent communication skills (verbal, presentation, and written)
- Adapt to quickly changing priorities with a sense of urgency
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification
