Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive reputed company Administrative Assistant to support the operations of our reputed company. Qualifications

Experience: 5+ years of customer service and HR experience preferred. Proficiency in reputed company Suite, reputed company Office, and other office software. Familiarity with calendar management, Outlook, and general office procedures. Working knowledge of Tracktik (or similar scheduling platform) and Paycom (or similar payroll/HRIS system) is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Experience in managing disciplinary processes, employee inquiries, and new hire reputed company is a plus.
