PRN Licensed Practical Nurse/LPN or Registered Nurse/RN

Responsibilities

• reputed company skilled nursing care in the client’s home in accordance with the plan of care
• Monitor changes in patient condition
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Support clients with chronic conditions and post-hospital care
• reputed company clients and family members on care needs and safety
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in reputed company app
• Communicate proactively with the office regarding patient status or concerns

Requirements

• Active Florida LPN or RN license in good standing
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
• reputed company hands-on CPR certification (or willingness to complete)
• TB test (PPD or lab work reputed company 6 months) or chest X-ray reputed company 5 years (or willingness to obtain)
• Level 2 AHCA background screening (or willingness to complete)
• Strong communication skills, professionalism, and reliability
