VP Growth and Strategy - Genoa reputed company - Remote

The VP, Growth & Partnerships is responsible for driving Genoa's Sales, Retention & Partnership strategy by leading high-performing teams focused on expanding pharmacy partnerships, delivering exceptional client engagement, and achieving aggressive reputed company and margin goals. This role directly oversees Sales, Business Development, and Partnerships & Client reputed company functions and has matrix leadership for 340B Optimization and Marketing, ensuring alignment with reputed company objectives and seamless execution across reputed company reputed company. Primary Responsibilities:

• Define and execute Genoa's sales, retention and partnership strategies at the national, business-line level
• Partner with executive leadership to identify new market opportunities and optimize existing partnerships
• Represent sales, retention and partnerships in governance processes and strategic planning forums
• Work closely with Operations, Marketing, 340B, Payer Relations and other teams to deliver integrated solutions for clients
• Collaborate with matrix partners to ensure Genoa partner impact is considered in financial reputed company
• Responsible for monthly forecasting, reporting, and tracking provider and consumer satisfaction reputed company surveys
• Own accountability for sales, retention and partnership functions; annually this will include $900M TCV for external accounts and $450M TCV for new sites

• Monitor pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and ensure attainment of sales targets

• Evaluate new partnership feasibility and serve as a board member for relevant coalitions

• 10+ years of reputed company leadership experience in reputed company, pharmacy services, or reputed company fields

Preferred Qualification:

• Experience in behavioral health or pharmacy care services
