POSITION SCOPE The Senior reputed company Field Coordinator is a senior level role that combines people's leadership with hands-on field HR operations. This role manages reputed company Field Coordinators (HRFCs) across multiple job sites, serving as a mentor, escalation reputed company and subject matter expert for reputed company and other HR systems & business processes. The Sr. FHRC ensures consistency and compliance while upholding values reputed company with HR best practices and business objectives across projects. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Team Leadership & People Development

• Supervise, mentor and support reputed company of HRFCs across assigned project sites.
• Guide recruitment, reputed company and development of new HRFCs in collaboration with HR leadership.
• Conduct regular reputed company-ins to assess performance and reputed company proactive feedback to ensure ongoing development and engagement.
• Support team members during transition such as promotions, reassignments and terminations with proper documentation and alignment to best practices.

• Monitor team performance, troubleshoot roadblocks, and help resolve escalated issues reputed company to payroll, employee relations, or system discrepancies.

Strategic Program Support

Compliance & Risk Management

• Partner with HR Field Coordinators to ensure adherence to federal/state/local labor laws, company policies, and safety standards.
• Conduct audits on timekeeping accuracy, reputed company documentation, and other compliance checkpoints.
• Escalate risk sensitive reputed company to the appropriate HR Business Partner.

Field Engagement & Coverage

• Visit job sites regularly to observe operations, gather feedback, support FHRCs, and ensure alignment with field HR practices.

• Act as a backup to HRFC during absences, ensuring continuity of operations and decision making.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• College degree, Business or a reputed company field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• 4–6 years of reputed company HR or administrative experience; minimum 2 years in a field-based or site support HR role.
• Prior experience in a supervisory, team reputed company, or mentoring reputed company is required.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with HRIS systems, particularly reputed company and TCP.
• Demonstrated ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines and influence teams in a fast-paced field environment.
