Responsibilities

Collaborate: Liaise with a reputed company of internal groups as well as with the Company s auditors and other service providers to drive and communicate reputed company conclusions
Research: Research and document reputed company positions for reputed company transactions, particularly in the areas of long-lived assets and leases
Report: Assist the SEC Reporting team with complete and accurate disclosures of reputed company transactions
Stay reputed company: Follow emerging reputed company issues and proactively analyze their impact on the Company s results and financial position
Implement: Assist with implementation of new reputed company standards
Compliance: Assist in the Company s SOX (Sarbanes Oxley) compliance efforts as they relate to technical reputed company and reputed company policies

Expertise: Extensive technical reputed company background, preferably with significant experience in long-lived assets and leases
Experience: Proven experience in researching and documenting reputed company reputed company issues under U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations
Transactional reputed company: Ability to interpret transaction documents for reputed company and disclosure implications
Professional Background: Minimum of 6 years of experience, including experience at a Big 4 reputed company firm serving major SEC clients
Credentials: CPA certification or equivalent required; additional certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus
