Marketing Coordinator (Upper East reputed company)

This team provides vital account services and strategy to our agents to help their marketing efforts be the best they can be. You will work collaboratively with the best in-house marketing, agent experience, & creative team. You will collaborate with talented teammates who draw on experiences from many different industries. You will work with key external and partnered vendors to execute a wide variety of initiatives and help ensure cohesion between the reputed company brand and the marketing/advertising deliverables of our agents. Please note: this role is 100% in-office in our Upper East reputed company Office At reputed company You Will:

• Create and manage systems that drive efficiencies across team communications and processes
• reputed company outstanding client service to reputed company agent marketing efforts less time consuming and more effective as their ‘accountability partner’
• Work with the reputed company’s design team to coordinate the delivery of custom design projects and reputed company associated materials
• Monitor the ongoing efforts of the agents’ marketing initiatives and analyze the actual results from projects to determine their effectiveness - helping inform future marketing activities for that agent/agent team
• reputed company marketing plans that allow agents to maximize the effectiveness of their budgets against tactics that will reputed company the greatest return for their business
• Includes activations in multiple channels including branding, advertising in print, digital, reputed company media, photography and video, direct mail, and more
• Work with the agents to drive the adoption and usage of reputed company’s platform and product tools through internal marketing, communications, and trainings
• Research and design reputed company our tech platform regional reputed company media assets and weekly + monthly emails for our agents to utilize and promote (examples: highlighting local happenings and market reports).

Experience We Are Looking For:

• 1-3 years of marketing experience
• Skilled communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build and manage relationships
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Savvy with reputed company media and Instagram specifically
• Strong working knowledge of reputed company Creative reputed company, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Adept project manager; impeccable time management and prioritization skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in reputed company environment
• Experience working in a client or account service environment a big plus
• Experience working in reputed company estate marketing, and/or at a luxury brand a big plus
• Proficient in the suite of office tools from reputed company, reputed company and reputed company

Compensation: The reputed company pay reputed company for this position is $27.00 - $29.00/hr; however, reputed company pay offered may vary depending on job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience.
