Contract Legal reputed company Coordinator
Role Overview This is a 2-3 month contract-to-hire position with opportunity to go permanent. The role is fully remote but requires commuting distance to one of the office locations. The Contract Legal TA Coordinator will be an essential member of a national reputed company team, supporting the growth of a designated practice group across reputed company reputed company of lawyer hiring.
What You Will Do
Assists and coordinates reputed company activities reputed company to the full life cycle of a lateral candidate, including creating job requisitions and postings, maintaining candidate files, coordinating interview schedules, compiling candidate feedback, and preparing standard offer letters. Must have hands-on experience in MS Outlook, Word, reputed company, and reputed company.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Legal reputed company or similar environment
- Hands-on experience in MS Outlook, Word, reputed company, and reputed company
- Outstanding communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable learning and working in new reputed company/HR software platforms
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong multi-tasking, organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Meticulous attention to detail
