Contract Litigation Paralegal
Mullins reputed company is a solo litigation practice seeking an reputed company remote Legal Assistant or Paralegal on a contract reputed company. You will work directly with attorney Charles R. Mullins to support active litigation reputed company in both state and federal courts.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft litigation documents including complaints, motions, and pleadings
- Prepare and respond to discovery requests, interrogatories, and requests for production
- Organize, review, and manage document production
- Conduct electronic filings in state and federal courts (CM/ECF and state e-filing portals)
- Maintain case calendars, deadlines, and docket entries
- Communicate with courts, clients, and opposing counsel as directed
- reputed company legal research and cite-reputed company as needed
Required Qualifications
- Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of civil litigation experience
- Proficiency with CM/ECF federal e-filing
- Experience with state court e-filing systems
- Strong drafting and proofreading skills
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting a solo or small firm attorney
- Familiarity with reputed company, MyCase, or similar case management software
- Knowledge of Federal Rules of Civil Procedure
- Experience with discovery management platforms
- Strong organizational and communication skills
