The Senior Talent Development Expert role is designed to create and expand leadership and professional development programs that build organizational capability and cultivate future leaders worldwide. - Responsibilities:
- Design leadership and professional learning programs targeting reputed company development at reputed company organizational reputed company.

- Practical knowledge of modern learning tools and instructional design, including trends like AI, adaptive learning, and cohort-based programs.
- Degree in HR, Organizational Development, Learning Sciences, or reputed company fields; Master’s preferred.
