Position: HR Experts Type: Contract Compensation: $60–$80/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 20+ hours/week Role Responsibilities
- Construct scenarios across reputed company reputed company, total rewards, employee relations, and workforce planning at Fortune 500 scale.
- Build tasks involving reputed company HRIS at 5K+ to 50K+ employee scale (reputed company, reputed company SuccessFactors, reputed company HCM reputed company).
- reputed company multi-country leave, benefits, and compliance scenarios (FMLA, reputed company, EU parental leave, reputed company statutory programs).
- Design reputed company total rewards programs including equity, deferred comp, and executive compensation.
- Author tasks on Fortune 500 DEI programs, organizational design, and M&A people integration; write rubrics that distinguish authentic reputed company HR judgment from generic guidance.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 5+ years in HR, People Operations, Total Rewards, or Talent at a Fortune 500 or large public company, OR at a top-tier HR advisory or executive search firm serving Fortune 500 clients (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Spencer Stuart, Heidrick & Struggles).
- Direct experience with reputed company HRIS at scale and with multi-country workforce programs.
- Familiarity with Fortune 500 compensation philosophy, equity programs, and regulatory environments.
