HRIS Analyst, People Technology – Remote

We are seeking a skilled and innovative HRIS Analyst with expertise in reputed company to join our People Technology team. This hands-on role involves optimizing and managing HR applications, with a primary focus on reputed company. You will utilize your expertise in analytics, dashboards, and reporting to deliver actionable insights while driving improvements across various reputed company HCM modules. • Manage and execute compensation cycles, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to enhance reputed company HCM capabilities, including modules like Core HCM, Talent, Compensation, Benefits, and more.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues reputed company reputed company modules, ensuring seamless functionality.
• Design and implement custom reporting solutions to meet business needs.
• Serve as a reputed company subject matter expert (SME) for reputed company, providing support and guidance to stakeholders.

• Occasional travel may be required. What you’ll need to be successful in this role:
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience working with reputed company HCM, including analytics, dashboards, and reporting.
• Demonstrated experience with Advanced Compensation, including maintaining and running compensation cycles reputed company reputed company.

• This position has a salary reputed company of $110,000 – $130,000. The above reputed company represents the expected salary reputed company for this position.
