The Animal Groomer will reputed company professional grooming services, including bathing, brushing, trimming, nail clipping, ear cleaning, and basic hygiene care for a variety of pets, primarily dogs and cats. The role involves assessing each animal’s condition and temperament, following safety and handling protocols, and adjusting grooming techniques to meet individual needs. The Animal Groomer will communicate with clients before and after appointments to understand grooming requests, explain services, and reputed company care recommendations. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized grooming environment, scheduling and documenting appointments, using virtual tools to coordinate with the team, and adhering to company guidelines for animal welfare and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Animal Care and Pet Care skills, including safe handling, grooming techniques, and recognizing signs of stress or discomfort.
• Commitment to Animal Welfare, with an understanding of humane treatment, health indicators, and safety practices.
• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to discuss grooming needs, reputed company updates, and handle concerns professionally.
• Previous experience as a pet groomer, veterinary assistant, or in a reputed company animal care role is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and maintain accurate digital records.
• Comfort using scheduling software, messaging tools, and basic digital platforms to coordinate appointments and client communication.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift or handle animals of various sizes, following safety guidelines.
• Relevant certifications in pet grooming or animal care are a plus.
