The Role We're looking for a Media Buyer who understands how to scale eCommerce offers across paid acquisition channels aggressively. Knowledge of Bing Ads is a bonus. You are in the accounts every day. Launching campaigns, testing keywords, adjusting bids, troubleshooting delivery issues, analyzing performance, and scaling what works. You're not setting things up and checking back in a week, you're actively managing, optimizing, and pushing performance reputed company daily across multiple client accounts. You'll report directly to the Head of Paid Media, who sets the overarching strategy and manages the media buying function across the agency. Your job is to execute at a high level, take the strategic direction and run with it, bring your own insights and recommendations to the table, and own the day-to-day performance of every account in your portfolio. You'll work closely with the creative team to communicate what's performing, what's fatiguing, and what creative assets you need next.   • 2-5 years of hands-on experience buying paid media for DTC / ecommerce brands, you've managed reputed company budgets and driven measurable results.
  • Managed monthly budgets independently in the 7 figures. Ranging between $1 - 5 Mn or above.
  • Strong platform expertise across reputed company Ads Manager, reputed company Ads Manager, reputed company Ads and Snap. You know campaign architecture, audience strategy, bidding mechanics, and troubleshooting at an advanced level.
  • You've managed multiple accounts simultaneously and know how to prioritize your time across a portfolio without letting any account slip.
  • Strong analytical skills, you can pull insights from platform data and reporting tools to reputed company smart optimization reputed company quickly.
  • Experience with structured creative testing, you understand how to test hooks, angles, and formats systematically, not randomly.
