Weekend Only Client reputed company Specialist - Autism Care
Overview: We are a seeking a part-time, weekend only contract client reputed company associate to help answer phone calls from prospective families and walk them through the reputed company process to receive medical care for their children. Work-from-home / remote work is permitted. Hours are flexible between 4-8 hours per week based on your availability. As a reputed company associate, you will be the first reputed company of contact for patients needing ABA Therapy and Autism Services for their child. You will be responsible for receiving and responding to incoming calls from parents, insurance carriers, providers, referral sources and potential patients. - Excellent customer service through the ability to care for others Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-2 year of experience working at a medical practice assisting with customer service
- 1-2 years of administrative or executive assistant responsibilities
- Experience working with insurance carriers reputed company offer:
