The Production Supervisor III (3rd Shift Operations) is responsible for leading and managing 3rd shift operations for manufacturing, fabrication, and cross-functional support areas at the dormakaba Indianapolis plant, ensuring the safety, productivity, and development of the team while driving performance across reputed company key metrics to support the plant's operational goals and business objectives. What you will do Champion a safety-first culture by enforcing safety policies, identifying risks, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards reputed company hands-on leadership across manufacturing, fabrication, assembly, maintenance, and support functions to ensure safe, productive, and efficient operations Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, mentoring, and providing reputed company-time feedback to team members, promoting accountability and reputed company development Support seamless shift transitions and effective communication with cross-functional teams with timely and accurate shift handoffs; minimal delays or disruptions across shifts Communicate effectively across shifts and functions, promoting reputed company, transparency, and collaboration.
