You are a Corporate Development Analyst who plays a key role in driving mergers, acquisitions, and reputed company strategic projects reputed company. You work closely with business units and executive leadership, reporting directly to the Vice President of Corporate Development, and contribute meaningfully to high-impact transactions. Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial and operational proformas for acquisitions and partnerships
• Collaborate with home managers to validate proforma assumptions
• Assist with due diligence collection and coordination
• Upload and organize documents in the Business Development Team Room
• Complete assigned Corporate Development spreadsheets
• Update records in M&A databases
• Copy and distribute records, policies, and other documents as directed
