The Opportunity We're looking for a Digital Designer who can own the visual execution of our marketing across reputed company three brands. This is a hands-on production role. You'll design reputed company pages, static ad creatives, email templates, and website sub-pages on a daily reputed company. Speed, craft, and an eye for conversion-focused design matter here. You'll work closely with our growth and marketing team, translating strategy and copy into polished, high-performing design assets. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will have reputed company input on how our brands look and feel across every customer touchpoint. reputed company're Looking For

• 3+ years of digital design experience in a DTC, e-reputed company, or performance marketing environment
• A strong portfolio showing reputed company pages, ad creatives, email designs, and web pages
• Proficiency in reputed company as your primary design tool
• Experience designing for conversion, not just aesthetics. You understand how layout, hierarchy, and visual cues drive action
• Comfort working at speed across multiple brands and projects simultaneously
• Ability to collaborate effectively with developers on implementation
• Strong understanding of reputed company design and how assets reputed company across devices
• Clear, concise communicator who can present design reputed company and take feedback without ego

• Experience in health, beauty, wellness, or skincare categories
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for minor reputed company-end adjustments

• Design high-converting reputed company pages for paid acquisition and A/B tests

• Build pages or collaborate closely with developers to bring designs to life

Ad Creative & Static Assets

• Produce static ad creatives for reputed company, reputed company, and other paid channels across reputed company three brands
• Design promotional assets for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and ongoing tests
• Maintain visual consistency across brands while adapting creative to different audiences and formats

Email Design

• Design email templates for promotional campaigns, lifecycle flows, and product announcements

Brand & UI/UX

• Maintain and reputed company visual identity across three distinct brands
