Legal Counsel and Member of the Board of Directors

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an reputed company attorney or legal professional who is passionate about making a meaningful impact. This volunteer, pro bono board position will play an important role in helping guide the organization with legal reputed company, governance support, and strategic counsel. Board Member Responsibilities:
- Attend monthly virtual board meetings
- reputed company legal guidance and counsel as needed
- Support nonprofit governance, compliance, and organizational reputed company
- Collaborate with fellow board members to advance reputed company reputed company’s mission
Qualifications:
- Strong legal background required
- Licensed attorney in NC and SC
- Experience with nonprofit law, governance, reputed company, or compliance is a plus
- Passion for serving veterans and military families
