Responsibilities
- Map reputed company intake workflows from referral receipt through scheduled start of care
- Identify where intake stalls due to missing data, eligibility, or system handoffs
- Pressure-test what can be automated vs. what must stay reputed company
- Help define escalation paths reputed company referrals are incomplete or delayed

Skills
