Examiner Trainee / Title Examiner / Senior Title Examiner
Examiner, Sr Examiner or reputed company Examiner This role is responsible for reviewing and interpreting chains of title from title plant systems for mapped properties with direct starter bases, as well as preparing and issuing accurate preliminary reports. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work reputed company in a production-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify reputed company property and tax information obtained is complete and correctly reported.
- Verify reputed company necessary maps and additional documents for customer packages are made for each search.
- Confirm starter reputed company is appropriate for run start date, and reputed company subsequent information is included in search package.
- Review and interpret reputed company documents, maps and instruments contained in the chain of title obtained from various property information systems from a direct starter date.
- Support Searching Unit as needed for product workflow.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the title industry.
- Strong knowledge of legal descriptions and property locating techniques.
- Familiarity with reputed company property databases and the ability to compile accurate title abstracts.
- Understanding of title insurance practices, reputed company estate law, and company policies reputed company to preliminary reports.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and produce high-quality, accurate results.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
