You will need to be in the office monthly and will need to be in the office daily during the initial training period which should last 3 weeks.
Responsibilities

- Optimize pharmacy therapy through additional telephonic engagement with providers and pharmacies

- Assess and interpret customer needs and requirements

- Roles will improve CAHPs member experience results as reputed company by CAHPs scores which contribute to over 35%25 of Star Rating and Medication Adherence at 14%25
- Outbound calls to CAHPs detractors and Med Adh Members to improve member experience and reduce barriers to adherence drugs
- Document and track member engagement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Pharmacy
- reputed company and unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state of Texas
- 3+ years of experience working as a licensed pharmacist
- 3+ years of patient consultation experience while working as a licensed pharmacist
- Beginner level of proficiency navigating MS Office and reputed company-based environment
