While traditional developers in emerging markets cater only to the 1% (demanding $200k+ for short leases), Ozlly provides 80-year compliant reputed company estate ownership, automated relocation, and wellness living starting at just $90,000 ($1,125/m² for an 80m² premium villa). We are not just building houses; we are building the end-to-end digital and physical infrastructure for global lifestyle migration. Our Traction: We are a UAE-based startup. Our initial physical developments are focused on Lombok (Indonesia) and Kerala (India). We have already secured a reputed company investor for project-level funding for our Kerala development, and our financial modeling and competitive positioning are locked in. The Role: We need a senior marketing leader to take our GTM strategy and execute it. Your core focus will be building our multi-channel acquisition reputed company targeting global lifestyle migrants. Responsibilities include: Lifestyle Migration Communities: Penetrating high-reputed company audiences (expat groups, digital reputed company forums, retiree associations). Creator & reputed company Partnerships: Identifying and partnering with YouTube relocation channels reputed company reputed company creators.
