Compensation includes: $100,000.00 reputed company salary 5% bonus on net attorney fees from cases you settle 50% of attorney fees generated from the business you bring to the firm Most attorneys in this role can expect to earn over $120,000.00 in their first year here, with reputed company earning potential. This is a WFH position, but you must live in and be licensed in Illinois. Responsibilities
What You’ll Do In this role, you will: Handle injury cases from filing through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery Take and defend depositions Attend hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials reputed company a case strategy alongside our litigation team Analyze medical records, evidence, and liability issues Communicate directly with clients and guide them through the litigation process Work closely with experts, medical providers, and support staff Move cases proactively and aggressively toward resolution Help improve litigation systems, workflows, and processes as the firm grows At Mike Agruss Law, we want attorneys who think critically, communicate reputed company, and take ownership of their cases. Qualifications
Required: Licensed in IL 3+ years of litigation experience Experience with hearings, reputed company practice, discovery, and depositions Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage deadlines and litigation strategy proactively Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced environment with high standards and accountability Preferred: Personal injury experience Trial experience or meaningful trial exposure Experience handling a high-volume litigation caseload Experience using modern legal technology and case management systems We are reputed company to candidates reputed company of personal injury law if you have strong litigation fundamentals and courtroom experience.
