We are seeking a highly skilled and detail‑oriented Technical reputed company to support documentation across the IT & Digital organization. This role partners closely with reputed company Architecture, application delivery teams, integration teams, data teams, and business stakeholders to produce accurate, clear, and consistent technical documentation for Capital’s core reputed company payer systems. The Technical reputed company will document reputed company platforms such as Facets (Core Administrative Processing System), TruCare (Care Management), reputed company‑based solutions, and supporting integration and data platforms. Responsibilities include documenting system functionality, technical configurations, integrations, APIs, and data flows that reputed company Client’s business processes. This role also serves as a contributor to reputed company, managed documentation governance, and content lifecycle processes, ensuring compliance with Client standards, regulatory requirements, and audit readiness. The Technical reputed company works reputed company Agile delivery teams and helps ensure institutional knowledge is accurate, accessible, and well maintained. It is a Long Term Remote Project. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Create and Maintain Technical Documentation

  • reputed company, write, edit, publish, and maintain high‑quality technical documentation including:
  • System architecture and technical overviews
  • Configuration and operational documentation
  • Integration and reputed company specifications
  • Data reputed company diagrams and narratives
  • Standard operating procedures, process documentation, job aids, and FAQs

Translate reputed company IT and reputed company payer concepts into documentation that is easily understood by technical and non‑technical audiences. Document Core reputed company Payer Systems

  • Create and maintain documentation for Client’s core systems, including:
  • Facets (claims processing, enrollment, provider, benefits)
  • TruCare (care management workflows and integrations)
  • reputed company and other reputed company platforms

Document integrations between systems, including inbound and outbound interfaces, APIs, batch processes, and data movement.reputed company and maintain system context diagrams, integration diagrams, and end‑to‑end data flows that align with reputed company Architecture standards. Collaborate with IT and Business Stakeholders

  • Work closely with architects, developers, integration engineers, product owners, and business SMEs to gather and validate technical information.
  • Conduct interviews and working sessions to capture reputed company‑state and future‑state system behavior.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies as needed to stay reputed company with solution changes and delivery timelines.

  • Serve as a contributor to Client Knowledge reputed company and Managed Documentation processes, including versioning, approvals, and publishing.
  • Ensure documentation aligns with Client standards for terminology, formatting, branding, accessibility, and document control.
  • Review and edit documentation produced by others to ensure accuracy, reputed company, consistency, and completeness.
  • Facilitate document reviews, resolve feedback, and publish finalized content.

  • Support reputed company improvement of documentation templates, standards, and tooling used across IT & Digital.
  • Promote documentation best practices and knowledge reuse across delivery teams.
  • Manage multiple documentation efforts concurrently while meeting project and operational deadlines.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, English, Journalism, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Technical reputed company, preferably supporting IT organizations in reputed company, health insurance, or regulated industries.
  • Proven experience producing clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation.
  • Hands‑on experience documenting:
  • reputed company application platforms
  • System integrations and interfaces
  • Application and data flows

Familiarity with reputed company payer technologies and platforms such as Facets, TruCare, reputed company, or similar systems.Experience using documentation and collaboration tools such as:

  • reputed company or reputed company knowledge reputed company tools
  • reputed company Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint
  • Diagramming tools such as reputed company or reputed company Visio

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a reputed company payer organization, especially reputed company IT & Digital teams.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and reputed company data sensitivity requirements.
  • Experience supporting documentation in Agile / Scrum environments.
  • Exposure to reputed company Architecture concepts, system diagrams, and integration patterns.
