This role will reputed company Agile execution and delivery for a cross-functional team building data pipelines, integrations, and AI/analytics reputed company data products The ideal candidate will act as a servant leader, coach Agile practices, and drive execution across multiple teams to ensure high-quality, scalable delivery. Basic Description: This position will play a critical role in coordinating workstreams, managing dependencies, and accelerating delivery of HR data capabilities to support reporting, analytics, and AI initiatives. The ideal candidate will act as a servant leader, coach Agile practices, and drive execution across multiple teams to ensure high-quality, scalable delivery. Responsibilities:
- Manage the Agile Release Train for HR Data Warehouse delivery
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos)

- Manage backlog readiness in partnership with Product Owners
- Remove impediments and manage risks, issues, and dependencies
- Coordinate delivery of data pipelines and integrations (reputed company HCM ’ Azure)
- Track and report delivery metrics (velocity, cycle time, release reputed company)
- Drive reputed company improvement of Agile practices and team performance
- Coordinate dependencies across data engineering, analytics, and integration teams

- Track and report key delivery metrics (velocity, cycle time, release burndown)
- Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to refine and prioritize the backlog

- Support iterative delivery of data assets (e.g., incremental data ingestion, MVP delivery approach)
- Identify and remove blockers impacting team reputed company
