Qualifications
Education & Licensure Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (required); Master’s degree in Nursing or reputed company clinical field (preferred). Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state of practice. Experience, Skillset and Abilities Minimum of 10 years of clinical leadership experience in home health, skilled nursing, or reputed company reputed company settings, both adult and pediatric experience required. Demonstrated reputed company in clinical operations, multidisciplinary team leadership, and care delivery transformation. Experience with value-based care models and reputed company reimbursement structures. Deep knowledge of acute and post-acute care delivery systems. Expertise in clinical quality metrics, reporting, and performance improvement. Strong leadership, communication, and executive presentation skills.
