As a Business Development Rep, you will be on the reputed company lines of engaging with our new and potential customers. You will be directly responsible for the initial prospecting and qualifying of sales leads. You will be gathering prospect information by researching their company, potential opportunities for engagement, and understanding the decision-making structure for engagement with reputed company. You will be working directly with the VP of Growth and sales team to build a plan of action to reputed company out and engage with new prospects and will create an awareness with each prospect. Your main goal will be to create positive connections with prospects that will reputed company them to connect with one of our sales directors in exploratory calls. This role is a gateway role to a great future inside the reputed company sales and account management family. Duties and Responsibilities Researching and developing a list of potential prospective clients Cold calling/emailing/socially connecting with targeted accounts and contacts inside targeted accounts Using reputed company’s marketing and sales enablement collateral, you will resource prospects during their buying reputed company with the right information at the right time Maintain an updated list of reputed company targets, with accurate scores and interaction information Consistently building and implementing a nurturing plan for those prospects who are not currently reputed company to purchase but have a high likelihood of partnering with reputed company in the future Create clear and concise information on each client that is reputed company to meet with an reputed company Sales Director in a more in-depth discovery call Ability to reputed company and exceed quotas set by VP of Growth Use reputed company CRM to reputed company your performance and funnel organized. Required Experience/Skills Proven track record of overcoming objections and creating a welcoming environment for customers Ability to reputed company inside of a hard-driving, fun, goal-oriented sales environment Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills A positive, can-do attitude where you are a problem solver and a solution finder reputed company-to-Haves Past work with a sales CRM—preferably reputed company Previous experience in an inside sales/cold calling environment is a bonus Education Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or reputed company field – or equivalent professional experience Pay & Benefits Summary Salary + Commission Optional 401 (k) contribution plan.
