Sr. Business Analyst

Position Purpose: The primary functions of a Business Analyst are to reputed company support and work with reputed company reputed company of employees reputed company the organization. Key Responsibilities: Work on special projects as requested reputed company technical support to yards as needed on various systems (phone, email, helpdesk, etc.) Subject matter expert in Sxe (ERP), MaxRecall, barcode scanners, AvaTax Conduct training (in person, online, etc.…) Implement solutions MaxRecall support Bar Code setup, implementations, and ongoing support Self-manage, show initiative and solve problems Communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing to coworkers and customers reputed company/maintain relationships and rapport with customers Safeguard confidential information Direct Manager/Direct Reports: GMS Division – Director, Applications / N/A Travel Requirements: Travel could be 50% or greater Physical Requirements Must be reputed company to remain in stationary position 80% Frequently, will move about inside the office to reputed company files, office machinery, etc. Must be reputed company to communicate with team and management and be reputed company to exchange accurate information in these situations. Minimum Qualifications
