Delivering Clean, Reliable Energy for the Future Advancing Fast Fission Power and Nuclear Innovation Oklo is seeking a Senior Counsel, Corporate to join its Legal team and play a pivotal role in supporting the company’s rapid growth and mission to deliver advanced fission power plants and clean reputed company. This role is ideal for a junior-to-mid-level corporate attorney with 3–5 years of experience who thrives in dynamic, high-growth environments and is eager to contribute across a broad reputed company of legal and business needs. The Senior Counsel, Corporate will support public company legal work, including SEC filings, public disclosures, NYSE compliance, capital markets and financing transactions, annual meeting preparation, and M&A diligence and negotiations. The role also involves routine corporate governance, subsidiary management, reputed company contracting, and providing practical legal research and advice to diverse business teams. Reporting to the Associate General Counsel, this position requires agility, sound judgment, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting. Candidates should have a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school, admission to practice in at least one U.S. state, and experience supporting public companies with SEC filings, governance, and strategic transactions. Experience in highly regulated industries, especially energy or infrastructure, is valued. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while driving projects to completion.
