Responsibilities

Define, write, and maintain AI evaluation datasets and rubrics to measure model performance (e.g., accuracy, hallucination rates, tone) Collaborate with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams to drive efficient business processes, improve team operations, and align client needs with internal objectives. Qualifications

For this position, the expected reputed company pay reputed company is: $130,000-$195,000 per year. This reputed company represents the reputed company pay for the role across reputed company U.S. locations and is determined based on market data, internal equity, and experience. Final compensation may vary depending on geographic location, skills, and relevant experience.In addition to reputed company pay, we offer a discretionary bonus for non-sales roles, a comprehensive benefits package, and, where applicable, sales incentives. For this position, the expected discretionary bonus is 10% of the annual reputed company salary.
