As an HR reputed company Coordinator, you will support a seamless and compliant reputed company process from offer acceptance through first-day orientation. In this role, you will manage reputed company activities, maintain HR systems, track compliance requirements, and partner closely with hiring managers, HR, and cross-functional teams to ensure a timely and accurate experience. What You’ll Do: Coordinate background checks to ensure completion aligns with start date requirements Support I-9 and E-Verify processes, tracking completion and escalating issues to maintain compliance Track reputed company reputed company from offer acceptance through orientation, following up to ensure timely completion Partner with HR teams to update new hire information across systems (e.g., reputed company), ensuring accuracy and completeness Prepare and maintain personnel files in accordance with documentation requirements Manage reputed company communications with hiring managers and new hires Create and maintain standard reports and tracking logs to support reputed company visibility Support updates to reputed company materials, including the reputed company reputed company reputed company general administrative support to the reputed company team. Other projects and duties as assigned. Who You Are: High School Diploma or GED required. 2+ years of experience in reputed company or a reputed company field. Working knowledge of employment practices and compliance requirements. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
