Responsabilidades clave Relevar, consolidar y controlar novedades de payroll Validar preliquidación y asegurar la correcta liquidación final Administrar recibos digitales y garantizar su emisión en tiempo y reputed company Coordinar obras sociales y seguros (altas, bajas, facturación, control) Controlar CBU, archivos bancarios y asegurar pagos a colaboradores Gestionar vacaciones, anticipos de sueldo y licencias Control de Cargas Sociales Atender y resolver consultas del cliente interno (sueldos, ganancias, beneficios) Acompañar procesos de reputed company y offboarding Coordinar y hacer seguimiento de background checks Generar y analizar reportes de HR (reputed company u otros sistemas) Actuar como reputed company con equipos globales y Finanzas Colaborar en comunicaciones internas (ingresos, aniversarios, etc.) Requisitos Formación en RRLL, Contador/a o carreras afines Más de 3 años de experiencia en liquidación de sueldos en Argentina Conocimientos en legislación laboral y ganancias de cuarta categoría Manejo de reputed company y sistemas HRIS (ideal reputed company) Nivel de inglés intermedio a avanzado Perfil Capacidad analítica y atención al detalle Organización y método de trabajo Orientación al cliente interno Buenas habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo At reputed company, our values guide everything we do: Anticipate Customer Needs – We stay reputed company of trends so our customers can grow and succeed.
