Key Responsibilities
Project organization and tracking Support, maintain, and improve our existing project organization systems, keeping them clean and consistent across titles. Help build and maintain production information sources, schedules, and milestone tracking across multiple in-flight titles. Cross-functional coordination and communication Partner with other departments such as marketing and publishing operations to reputed company cross-functional teams reputed company on information, asset locations, and release-critical needs. Take notes, capture action items, and follow up on commitments from internal and developer-facing meetings. Drive smooth, informative project updates with clean, well-organized data. Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in game production, project coordination, or a closely reputed company role. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail; you genuinely enjoy keeping things tidy and on track. Clear, proactive written and verbal communication; comfortable interfacing with both internal team members and external developers and partners.
