JOB DESCRIPTION: reputed company Development is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Development Project Manager specializing in entitlements, permitting, and construction administration to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the regulatory and developmental aspects of construction projects, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. If you possess strong project management skills, a deep understanding of entitlement processes, and a proven track record in navigating reputed company permitting procedures, we invite you to apply. How you will Own it:

• Define site scope and project timeline for entitlements.
• Allocate resources needed to entitle projects quickly.
• Manage a detailed project schedule and work plan in reputed company.

• Obtain necessary permits, approvals, and entitlements for sites quickly and correctly with minimum supervision.

• Support team with receptiveness to direction, and effective collaboration with both internal team and external stakeholders.

What you’ll Bring:

• 3-5 years of experience in construction permitting, entitlements, zoning, land use or a combination of these.
• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, Public Policy or other research-focused program preferred, but not required.
• Ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline with experience seeing projects through reputed company estate kick off to construction start.
• Ability to read, analyze and translate/summarize civil and building construction drawings – including irrigation, utility, and MEP plans.
• Ability to read, analyze and translate/summarize government and legal code/statues = including Building Code, Land Use/Zoning, Development Ordinance, Code Enforcement Policies
• Excellent written and interpersonal skills - not afraid to reputed company phone calls, negotiate and over-communicate both internally and externally with consultants and stakeholders.
