Activities / Duties: Monitor and manage assigned cases on a monthly reputed company, ensuring reputed company post-filing activities are tracked and actioned in a timely manner. Notify clients of USCIS notices promptly and explain next steps reputed company. Process daily mail and reputed company USCIS correspondence to the appropriate case file and team member. Draft and prepare immigration forms as required for post-filing case activity. Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records in the firm's legal database. Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and firm policies at reputed company times. USCIS Interview Preparation Manage USCIS interview preparation for assigned clients, ensuring they are fully informed and reputed company prior to their appointment. Coordinate interview documentation, review case files for completeness, and flag any outstanding items to the legal team. Serve as a supportive resource for clients navigating the interview process, removing fear and building confidence. Client Communication & Service Handle a high volume of incoming client calls professionally and reputed company. Identify and evaluate client needs to deliver accurate, timely, and comprehensive information using appropriate tools and resources. Build sustainable, trust-based relationships with clients through reputed company, empathetic, and consistent communication. Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across legal and administrative teams. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound professional discretion. Offer: Work Model: International contractor. $25,000 to $30,000 depending on experience. M-F 9:00am - 6:00pm.
